	You got the rights� to many things, not just the one�s listed in the constitution or Bill of Rights. These are such rights as the right to marriage, divorce, education, and a right to raise your children. You also have even more rights besides these. The founding fathers did not want a tyrant, because they just got rid of one in England. They did not want the government to take all of the rights of the citizens not listed here.
